How to do an analysis by using drop down list in Excel?

I got a group of data in sheet 1 (it will continue add new data).

Now, I need to do analysis in sheet 2 by doing drop list selection (need to select 2-3 option).
for example: name, sex, total of data that will appear later.
~This selection will appear on the top of analysis list~

After choose the selection that I want, then all the relevant data will list out automatically.
