Can the columns be resized in an Excel sheet ?

    Three ways:

    1. Click on the border on top of the sheet and move it to increase or decrease the width.
    2. Double click on the border on top of the sheet to auto align the cells to the width of the data. You can also select a few columns before you double click to auto align them all.
    3. Right click on selected column and select column width (as shivakumar6787 said).

    “Alt+O+C+W” then you can mention required size number

    Hi,

    you can invoke 2003 Access key command to autofit the column width according to the cell characters.

    ALT+O, C, A

    Where ALT+O: to Activate format Option
    C: Column Selection
    A: Autofit of Column WIdth
